Wonderful Villa on the golf course in La Reserva de Sotogrande

This villa was designed directly by Femont Galvan Designers and is located frontline golf in the prestigious urbanisation of La Reserva de Sotogrande. The property has 1800 square meters built, with gardens and green areas that extend over its surface of 3700 square meters, with direct views to the Mediterranean Sea.
In this property with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a generous living room and a kitchen open to the dining room that was custom designed in Belgium, the stone chosen is a volcanic stone that was specially selected to give the kitchen an elegant, yet rustic look. All the interior carpentry, bathrooms, dressing rooms have been custom designed. It also includes a gymnasium, massage room, wine library and cinema room.
The architecture is inspired by the work of the Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta, the geometric forms of the building frame the nature that surrounds this house from the inside; the natural elements such as water and stone are present in important areas, its terraces reveal the marvellous views of the golf club and the Mediterranean sea.
For the living room, a large fireplace was designed from which, with the help of a lift, the television descends, this allows the living room to be clean and just enjoy the views of nature and an open fire on cold days. The Giorgetti sofas provide comfort and elegance that combine very well with the antique furniture from the family collection.
An open space has been designed to allow the kitchen and dining area to become the heart of the house and the concealed sliding doors allow the two spaces to be separated at any time. The kitchen was custom designed by Femont Galvan and manufactured in Belgium, the stone of the worktop is volcanic, the surface has been polished and its sides have been left flamed to give a rustic touch, in oak wood stained in smoke grey, the kitchen island hides the stools that transforms the island into an American bar to enjoy the first coffee of the morning. The dining room looks out onto the garden. The Giorgetti chairs make it possible to enjoy a family lunch or dinner surrounded by nature.
In the master bedroom, the studio`s idea was to make every moment in this room unique, like every sunset, and to frame and give the greatest importance to the views. For this reason, a made-to-measure piece of furniture was designed to hide the TV that would be located in front of this window, from a lift the TV appears and disappears. The dressing room was designed for those fashion lovers who enjoy having a special space to dress.
At the client`s request, the bedrooms were designed to be similar in order to be able to pamper the guests without differentiation, in them we find the bathrooms that through a sliding door can be integrated directly into the bedroom allowing us to enjoy a bathroom with a view of the views.
Finally, on the terrace for the outdoor furniture chosen in lively tones that accompany the characteristic colourful Mexican architecture, they have counted on the brands Kettal, Gervasoni and Royal Botania.
